MVCKids
While you engage in our worship service, we are committed to nurturing your child's imagination and guiding them to discover God's Word and His unlimited and matchless love for them. Your child can join along in laughter, song, dance, and learning with new friends and amazing leaders. We hope that the relationships that your child builds will last a lifetime, and we pray that this will be the best hour of your child's week!
Equipping Hour from 9:00 - 10:00 am
MVCKids Equip provides concentrated training on basic Bible knowledge and skills for children from kindergarten to 5th grade. MVCKids Care offers care for children from birth to 4 years old by trained volunteers.
MVCKids Gospel Project Adventure from 10:45 am - 12:00 pm
Children from preschool through 5th grade will participate in the following activities during this time:
After the first two songs in the corporate worship, children will be dismissed to the Gospel Project Adventure with trained staff and volunteers. The activities will include large group kids worship, large group teaching and discussion of the week’s lesson (MVC uses The Gospel Project curriculum), and small group application in separate classrooms by age (preschool, younger kids, older kids).
In addition, we offer MVCKids - Nursery Learning and Care from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm for children from birth to age 3. Trained volunteers will provide care and age-appropriate Bible teaching for these children.

All staff members and volunteers have undergone screening, background checks, and safety training related to child welfare and abuse awareness.
The MVC's First Watch Team is present at the MVCKids check-in station. Policies and procedures are strictly followed to ensure the safety and well-being of your child.
Breaker Rock Beach: VBS 2024
Kids will be challenged as they discover that God’s truth never changes, everyone needs Jesus, and learn to speak the truth in love. Adventure awaits each day as kids explore tide pools, spot orcas, fly kites, and watch the mighty waves crash up against the immovable Breaker Rock!

Our activities are tailored to meet the needs of our youth, and we strive to strike a balance between enjoyable activities and more serious pursuits.
